  • What can I expect?

    When you order from us, you can expect a nicely used mobile phone with minimal signs of use, which works as well as new. With our 2-year guarantee, you can feel safe if a fault occurs with the mobile phone. If you are not satisfied, you have a 30-day right of return with your money back. All our products are delivered without a charger or other additional equipment unless otherwise specified We send the mobile in a nice little box with everything you need, and deliver it to your door or to the nearest collection point. You can also expect quick help from customer service, if you need it ;)

  • What do we mean by the phone being checked?

    We have a detailed quality assurance process that we call Check. Here we go through the mobile cosmetically (the external appearance) and technically. 1. First we check the mobile phone cosmetically, where we look carefully for signs of wear and damage. The phone is then graded and gives you the option to choose between Very Nicely Used, Very Nicely Used or Nicely Used. 2. We then connect the mobile phone to our test tool where the mobile phone goes through a detailed check to make sure that it technically works as it did when it was new. 3. We check that all buttons work as they should, in addition to the camera, speakers, microphone and screen 4. We check that the battery still has good battery capacity. 5. All content is deleted and the phone is reset. Finally, we pack the phone in our own box together with the SIM stick before sending it to you.

  • Is the battery capacity good even if the mobile is used?

    All products are tested for remaining battery capacity. Actual capacity will depend on the age of the model, but should always be above 80%. If an unnatural charging capacity or too short a lifetime is detected, the battery is replaced.

  • What is the difference between Very nicely used. Very Nicely Used and Nicely Used?

    Functionally there is no difference. All mobiles we sell have undergone our quality check, which ensures that they work like new, and maintain good battery capacity. The mobiles we offer are nicely treated and have no deep scratches, dents or cracks.

  • Very Nice Used

    Has minimal signs of use and shows little sign of use.

  • Very nicely used

    May have some normal signs of use, but nothing embarrassing.

  • Nicely used

    May have some more signs of use in the form of several signs of use on the phone

  • How does the 30-day right of return work?

    With us, you have a full right of return up to 30 days after the purchase. We ask no questions. Just contact us at customer service, so that we can register that the mobile is being returned. We will refund the purchase amount after we have processed the return. If you have paid by bank card, it may take a few days before the amount is visible in your account.

  • What does the 2-year warranty cover?

    The warranty has equivalent coverage to that which was given by the manufacturer when the mobile phone was new. If errors or deficiencies occur, we fix the problem quickly and efficiently, or replace it. Normal use reduction of the battery, or improper handling of the battery, is not covered by the warranty. Self-inflicted damage such as water damage, broken screen and the like is not covered by the warranty.
