Right of withdrawal and right of return

  • The buyer can cancel the purchase of the product in accordance with the provisions of the Right of Cancellation Act. The right of withdrawal means that the buyer can return the product to the seller without reason, even if there is no defect. The buyer must notify the seller of using the right of withdrawal within 30 days after the product has been received. The buyer can examine the product before he or she regrets the purchase. The product must still be able to be returned to the seller in the same condition as it was when the buyer received it, including accessories that came with the product. The seller can demand that the buyer compensate for loss of value as a result of the buyer's handling of the goods which has not been necessary to determine the product's nature, properties and function.

Complaints and warranty

  • In the case of consumer purchases, the buyer can advertise in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. Complaints about conditions related to the delivery (such as errors or deficiencies in the delivery) must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer has discovered or should have discovered the defect, however no longer than three months from the time the defect was discovered. The right to complain runs for two years from the time the buyer took over the product. Even if a product is within the complaint period, not all types of defects will be considered legal defects that give the customer rights. There is a concrete assessment in each individual case, and for used products the expectations for durability often have to be adjusted down somewhat.

How do you go about returning an item to Tise

  • Send an e-mail to kundeservice@hulii.no .no stating that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal. In order for us to be able to process your right of withdrawal, it is important that the item you send in is delivered as it was delivered to you. This means that: - All content is deleted and the phone is 100% reset - Code lock / pattern lock / password is removed - The phone MUST be deactivated from user accounts such as e.g. Apple ID and iCloud, KIES, etc. Products locked with personal account will be returned to you!

How do you go about advertising a product from Tise?

  • Send an email to kundeservice@hulii.no where you state what is wrong with the product and you will receive information on how to send the item to us. When the item is received, it will be examined by us. If the item is not physically damaged (destroyed, liquid damaged etc.) or locked to the account/contains personal information, this will be treated as a warranty issue. The following are not covered by the guarantee: Reduction in battery capacity as a result of normal use of the product. Battery faults that occur later than 12 months after purchase. Self-inflicted damage such as cracks in the glass/screen, the product has bent, damage to buttons, camera. Moisture damage Errors in third-party software Shipping damage caused to the product due to the buyer's irresponsibility Errors due to the product being attempted to be repaired by the customer himself or a third party without the seller's prior approval The customer has forgotten his Apple ID or password
